found this, along with a few other oldies, at my parents house this past week…this was taken the day my sister was born, september 6, 1982…i remember my mom telling me years ago that i was so jealous of the newborn baby that i “wanted her to go back to her home, now” and kept asking when she was going to leave…that little thing was stealing all my thunder, and you can clearly see it here on my face….

today, my sister is my best friend, my mentor, my confidante, my voice of reason….today, i couldn’t imagine my life without her…..i love her more than anything….
